Bug Report Frequent Mouse Freezes

But this happens whether I use Game Capture (playing LoL) or using monitor capture.
And this is w/o using a webcam.

Specs:
GTX 770
8GB Ram
i7 Quad 2.88 Ghz
EVGA P55 SLI FTW
WIN 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

Any idea of what could be going wrong? I get adequate in-game fps with OBS on (120+ FPS).
Also the moment that it freezes, all inputs freeze, as in if I'm typing something it also keeps that key pressed.
This only happens after OBS has started streaming, not in preview mode.
I also tried using both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of OBS.

Unfortunately it usually means something hardware-related. OBS itself only reads the mouse cursor position, it doesn't actually modify anything related to the cursor.

Any idea on what it could be though? Because it only happens when I activate the stream through OBS. It also doesn't happen with other streaming devices ie xsplit or livestream procaster

Then it's possible OBS is partially responsible, but again, it doesn't actually touch the mouse directly. I would love to run some tests on your later, but I won't be able to do it for a few days.
