Bug Report Freezes game but not stream

Whenever I try to stream TF2, I click start stream or preview stream and it freezes my game, but the audio still plays
And the stream still goes. So if I click a button on my frozen screen, I can't see it but when I tab into OBS it looks like nothing is wrong. I am using 64bit, but when I switch back to 32bit it doesnt make a difference. It works perfectly fine in all other games but not tf2. I used to be able to stream tf2 easily but something changed

If you used to be able to stream TF2, did you change your OBS settings recently?
You might have messed up OBS, I did that once, and I fixed it. If you can tell me if you changed your settings I can lay out the settings I use that fixed that problem.

No, I havent changed the settings at all. I lowered the quality down to nothing and it did the same thing. So im not sure.
