funny thing is the game shows normal on game capture on my stream, but ingame I get flickering.

on monitor capture it flickers ingame and on stream also.

Anyone else encountered this issue with Braid and/or another game?

Any help is appreciated :)

If you're running Braid in fullscreen mode, monitor will make it flicker on the stream. In general, it's recommended to use game capture or window capture and avoid monitor capture if you are on Windows 7 or Vista.

I'm not sure what would cause game capture to make your game flicker...Do you think you could post your log? http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97

Well, for one you aren't going to stream 1680x1050 at 750kbps. Going to look terribad, and over-stress your i5. Might also be concerned about running Win7 and trying to stream with only 4GB RAM.
Not sure I'd even run a 480p stream on 750... probably drop to 360 or even 240p with a downscale.

Run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload to get an idea of what kind of throughput you have available.

As far as the flickering... only thought would be the video card, as it's... pretty old. Possibly out of date video drivers? When is the last time you did a full 'remove all AMD software from this system' wipe and fresh install of the latest drivers?

I only have problem with braid,I streamed bastion baldurs gate EE & more games without a problem. Only the flickering in Braid bothers me.

here are the vids from my past broadcasts: http://www.twitch.tv/sorapak/videos

EDIT: the flickering happens only ingame,on stream it looks fine.
