I am streaming league and about every 3 seconds it flashes black then back to screen help please.

Here's the video from that exact test stream. Notice how it only happens once a game is running.
EDIT: I did have borderlands 2 running on fullscreen, so apparently I probably need to change that next time.

vacc, I believe that is because you are trying to capture a fullscreen game with Monitor capture. If you want to capture a fullscreen game, you have to use Game capture, or it will flicker like that. If you want to keep using Monitor capture (which I don't recommend) then set the game to play in Windowed or Borderless mode.
Alright, call me a dumbass. When I tried to run the game in fullscreen and with game capture, all I got was a black screen.
