Hello!
I am having a large amount of difficulty getting the Nintendo Switch to work on OBS through the Elgato Game Capture HD. When running on the Elgato Game Capture HD software there seems to be no issue.
Description:
When setting the source to the Elgato it will just sit on the screen with "One Moment Please" but this moment is everlasting. I have tried rebooting the pc/ rebooting the elgato/re establishing a source to no avail. Is there a driver or something i need to install to get this elgato to be more compatible with OBS?
(I might as well ask this while in here. Other consoles ive played on DO work on the elgato, though the elgato seems to just not like being on obs with frequent video issues popping up resulting in about 25 minutes of killed time to get it in a proper state again. (once again the native elgato software works like a charm (screw you native software))) (if you need screenshot or more details please let me know)
Computer specs:
Windows 10, Nividia GeForce 980, Ryzen 7 1700, 16gb of ram and one frustrated man child. I run OBS on 64 bit with the OBS.live streamelements plugin
P.S yes i get there is a delay but thats why their is a pass through (shrug)
Thank you!
