Can anyone give me an idea as to why I may be suddenly dropping frames the last couple of weeks? Has anyone else experienced issues with the twitch servers recently?
Here is what I have already tried...various bit rate settings, turning on CBR, downscaling to 720p, changing quality setting, pretty much the majority of the things that were mentioned on this forum to try and no difference was made. :(
Below is what I was using with 0 dropped frames for months:
Resolution: 1920x1080
Framerate: 30 FPS
Quality: 8
VBV Max Bitrate: 3000
VBV Buffer: 3000
Any assistance would be appreciated!
