Question / Help Dropped frames on CBR.

Trying to stream 720p @ 30 fps.
CBR @ 2200 , audio bitrate @ 96.
testmy.net says : Your Speed :: 3.7 Mbps

This happens only on CBR , on VBR i can put up to 3.500 and it will not drop any frames.

Trying to stream league of legends.

When it will occure next time i will , i accidentaly deleted all my logs.
At the moment it's running fine.. maybe it was Riot's LCS messing twitch's servers?
