i have a 1920 1080 screen but resolution Downscale: 1.50(1280x720)
Filter: Bilinear
FPS:25

Please help me!!!! I want to stream to Twitch.tv!!!!!

hmm you shouldnt be dropping frames. also i recommend you put your fps to 30 or 60. your connection is good enough for a 2570 to 3000 bitrate. put your buffer at 3200ish. put your audio encoding down lower and see if that hehlps. if ur doin fps games set ur quality to 7 and if its a moba with alot less motion use 8, 9, or10. try changing your server. also turn on cbr

3.7Mbps is actually decent. that means you can use bitrates up to 3700 (though I don't recommend using all your upload for streaming). The number on the left is measured in bits, the number on the right is measured in bytes, which are larger.

My suggestion is to try a different Twitch server.

Well, you aren't dropping frames any more but holy shit why did you randomly change to 80 FPS? Go back to 60 or 30 and don't kill your hardware, you are getting a ton of lagged frames now.

Krazy

Town drunk
What, no, I said DON'T use all your upload. You need to leave room for your game/skype/etc. 720p60fps can look pretty good at 3000 bitrate depending on the game.

Krazy

Town drunk
Mmm, 720p60fps on 3000 bitrate might be pushing it. Can probably get away with 45fps though. Yes, you should have enough room for Spotify as well, that should be almost entirely download anyway, no real uploading going on there.

Krazy

Town drunk
Then you need to make sure it isn't using any upload, and/or lower your bitrate in increments of 100 until it stops dropping connection/frames
