Question / Help Desktop Audio Acting Weird and Not Working?

Hi!
About a year or so ago I got a new computer. It's an iMac Pro, 2015 I'm pretty sure, running Windows.

I downloaded OBS Studio and the first thing I notice is the Desktop Audio is echoing, high pitched, and garbled.

I looked all over the internet and found nothing. I tried every tutorial out there, but nothing worked.
A few months later, the desktop audio stops working all together, but it shows it's picking up something.

Also, when I close out OBS Studio, there's a 50/50 chance my audio output gets screwed up. (This is fixed by switching to one and then switching back.)

This is extremely annoying because I make YouTube videos and having to deal with this is frustrating.

Most common causes of echoes:

Most common caused of high pitched/garbled audio is sample rate mismatch. Check that OBS and your devices in Windows control panel are set to the same sample rate (44.1 or 48khz). If you're also using Voicemeeter, makes sure its setting is the same also.

Not much else to look at in the logfile if there's no complete output session.

Thanks. I tried all the things but now the desktop audio isn't picking up anything now. (Note that it doesn't echo anymore, it hasn't been for a while.)

Not really possible to diagnose that issue with a log. I can see you have "apple speakers" and "built-in microphone" as your audio devices, but whether those are correct, or if connected and on, or set to be the default input/output devices in windows or not, isn't in the logfile because all of that is upstream of OBS.
