Bug Report Crashes only with certain games?

I've recorded games in the past, but for whatever reason, it crashes upon starting to record another game. The Analyzer says that a Hook conflict is detected, but I don't have any other recording software. And I last recorded yesterday, so I don't know what's going on. I've read that changing resolutions to 1280 x 720 will work, but I recorded on 1920 x 1080 just fine before. I went and deleted any suspicious software I've installed up since December.

The hook conflict is the likely cause of the crash. You can try a utility such as process explorer, then use the modules / DLL view on your game to see if there are any 3rd party DLLs loaded.

I'm lost on how I do this, I'm not very technologically advanced :c

I did record something using OBS just fine a few moments ago with no problems at all.

After doing some research, I found it was a problem with the wrong encoder. However, due to NVidia's crappy drivers, the initialization doesnt work correctly. :C
