Same here. Quick Sync tends to crash OBS a lot.
Additionally, when it crashes, the QSVHelper.exe remains running and when you restart OBS and start recording again, another instance of QSVHelper starts and this goes on indefinitely to the point where you are running several of these instances and CPU is at 100% usage.
I have since completely deleted all my settings and reinstalled OBS, I thought this solved the issue but at least the crashed are now less frequent. Here are the .dmp's of the latest crashes, hope this helps.
Uhmm I'm sorry to bother you, but did the files help you. I switched back to older setting not using Quick Sync so I'm ok for now but love to use the feature in the future.
