Bug Report Crash report - Elgato Game Capture HD

Looking to get this fixed. i've switched to using the 32-bit version as its the only version that handles this capture card... but when i preview my stream with the capture card scene selected, it crashed straight out and gives me an error report. which is here:

i have no idea what is going on... people have obviously gotten this product working, i just want to have it up before wednesday's next stream >.<

any help would be appreciated...

Not sure why, but manually setting the Elgato's resolution and FPS to match what you have set up in Elgato's software made it stop doing this to me.
