Bug Report Crash on Canon HDV20 Cam (DV mode) in Preview Mode

OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\program files (x86)\obs\obs.exe' module.

I've only seen this crash happen when the DirectShow plugin is trying to use the resolution reported by the device, but the device isn't actually outputting video at the resolution it reports.

Try to match the resolution used by the camera with the custom resolution and refresh rate settings in the properties dialog.
