Error: Could not create D3D10 device and swap chain. This error can happen for one of the following reasons:

1.) Your GPU is not supported (DirectX 10 support is required - many integrated laptop GPUs do not support DX10)
2.) You're running Windows Vista without the "Platform Update"
3.) Your video card drivers are out of date

Your system simply does not meet the minimal system requirements and even if it did, its performance does not meet any such requirements either.

That CPU alone does not meet the necessary performance on any level, sorry.

You can buy a discrete graphics card that supports DirectX 10, but you'll be limited by your CPU, then, too. If you want to stream, you'd be better off getting a new computer.

Already bought a new computer so no I'm not getting 1. Bought it a year ago and other than not being able to use OBS nothing is wrong with it.

Look it may be old but it still works. I can run other programs on it so no I'm not getting a new computer. I have windows 7 for crying out loud.

Unfortunately, real time encoding for the purpose of live streaming is a very system intensive task. A lot of older hardware just isn't up to the task. It sucks, but there isn't really a way around it I'm afraid =/

Not -yet- at least with OBS, but it may hopefully be fixed eventually (albeit it will probably be painful)

So then its not just me? Well can you at least fix it. Twitch is requiring that I use CBR and other than another program yours is the only 1 that has it.
