Question / Help Config help!

Heya! I've been trying to stream some random GW2 gameplay, but I'm having problems with in-game lag. I'm okay with my current quality of the stream, as I know I can't get high quality with my 1mb upload speed. However, currently its quite impossible to play as I get 200-500mms latency IG. Is it even possibly to stream with 1mb? Im quite sure I do have good enough computer for it, atleast.

-Intel Core i5-3570k 3.4GHz
-8GB Ram
-Radeon HD 7950 3GB

750 bitrate is not enough for 720p.. for that game downscale to 480p and use the preset "faster" at quality 7 or 6 30 fps and lower the audio bitrate to aac 64.
Pick the closest server to you and use "minimize netword impact" from broadcasting settings.

Oh yea sorry, heres the log. And I've been using the minimize network impact option. And ty for help hilalpro, will try those settings and see if that helps. (been using 850 bitrate btw)

The only way to reduce your ingame latency is to reduce the bitrate you stream at.
Also, you should be using CBR to avoid any bitrate spikes. The methods hilalpro listed are very good to make your stream look better with such strict upload speed constraints.

Will go with hilalpro's settings + CBR, thanks for the help! Hopefully I can get faster network with higher upload speed at some point :P

Hmh, seems like I have to drop the bitrate as the bottom left kb/s color indicator thingy was constantly red and around 850-950kb/s. Also the dropped frames were around 6.2%
