Question / Help Choppy Full Screen

I used to use OBS to stream my games to Twitch and Instagib, and after a few weeks of not using the software I decided to fire it up again. For some reason, my streams blink when streaming full screen. When I go to windowed mode, the blinking stops. I have uninstalled OBS and reinstalled the latest version, updated video drivers, etc. I have done everything I can think of and I keep getting the same results...this new, dreaded full screen flicker.

Any pointers?

Post a logfile from %appdata%\OBS\logs of a live streaming session.
UI blink is a common side-effect of using Monitor Capture though in the meantime; if you are, switch to Game or Window Capture.
