Bug Report Can't stream on Dailymotion

Hello,

I and my staff can't stream on dailymotion while 1 week.
Sometime we can,sometime a lot of drop and sometime we can't stream. OBS run well but no vidéo on dailymotion.

Sorry for my english :p

Saturday 14/06, a lot of OBS users had crashed near 21h FR (GMT +2)

I dont know if you know and i post here for report.

Nothing in OBS has changed in that time period, so something must have changed with dailymotion. Keep in mind using NVENC or QSV may cause issue as they are experimental encoders.
