Bug Report cant stream dota 2 after recent update

I am not sure if it is a bug, but I cant stream after the last update.. The "start streaming" button is transparent and I can not click on it.

If Start Streaming button is disabled, that is because you selected File Output Only in the broadcasting settings . Use Start recording button instead if your intention was to do local recording only.

I found the mistake ! I moved the map which my recorded videos were saved to, but the path in OBS remained the same, it didnt change. So when i started recording now, OBS was recording but no file was created or saved after the finished recording because the path to the map where I wanted to save the files was changed. So now I just changed the path correctly to the new place where I put the map and its working again.
