I have tried un-installing and re-installing the software. Everytime I open the program I get "OBS has crashed!". I tried restarting my computer a few times as well. Was using OBS with no problems last night after the update.
Seems like the CLR plugin is causing this issue. You might have to post this crash log/dump on the CLR thread in the plugins forum. In the mean time, to fix it you can temporarily remove that plugin if needed.
