Bug Report Can't Add Video Source

To start off, I haven't streamed with OBS in about a month. I recently thought I might get back in, so I booted it up and downloaded the recent updates. I previewed the stream, and noticed that my webcam was a bit off, so I went to customize it. But upon clicking the "properties" button, OBS crashes. So I reinstalled OBS. No change. I reinstalled it again, this time deleting user settings. This time around, I had to add the video device. Still no dice. Finally, I reinstalled it, checking user settings and 3rd party apps. The same thing happened once more.

EDIT: Just noticed this only happens in 32 bit OBS.

Remove ffsplit as it has installed a broken filter on your system.
