Can someone read this crash log?

Out of the blue OBS is causing huge CPU throttles when playing dbd even without streaming. Is someone able to help me with this crash log? I have uninstalled obs and run in safe mode. The game doesn't have any issues when obs isn't open, and I tried running in administrator mode.

A browser source or custom dock is causing the crash. Removing the offensive source or dock usually fix the issue.
A log file from the exact moment the crash happened is needed to tell more.

OBS don't cause the CPU to throttle. Most probably an issue on the GPU driver or a third party plugin is causing it.
