Can I make the Fullscreen Projector (Scene) Always on Top AND Click-through?

I've tried using external applications and quickly found out they don't work for the OBS scene projector window. I only have one display monitor, so it'd be grateful if I could have the Scene Projector Always-on-top of my Game Capture while playing it. Every other keyboard button works with the Fullscreen Projector being on top but mouse-clicks wont work limiting the gameplay. There's a lot of reasons why I'd like to have the Scene on top so I could see my own webcam/avatar and also comments/chat without having to pop out any extra windows I dont need other than obs whilst staying in fullscreen. Some games dont really work that well if not in fullscreen mode, and resizing the Game Capture in obs to fit the canvas makes it look choppy if its not in fullscreen resolution.

Ooo! I like the idea, and in your specific situation, I don't think it would be all that hard. But the general case could be a nightmare.

What about multiple monitors? If I have a fullscreen program projector on monitor 3 while streaming an app that is actually on monitor 1, how should that click-through work? Should it feed that app? Or should it go to whatever's under the projector?

If it feeds the app that is currently shown, what about the different capture methods? Screen, Window, Game, App, etc. Should some work but not others? How would a novice user interpret that?

That's all without even thinking about the code itself, and how it might figure all of that out.
