OBS crashing when I want to start stream.

I do it and still have same problem :/

Follow the other steps using the cleaning tool to completely remove it, reinstalling will not help.

So what do i have to do after i used the cleaner tool and restarted the computer? Do i just have to re-download the NET framework?
