Bug Report BSOD while streaming on Windows 8.1

I have been streaming for a couple of months now with a pretty new computer playing not so demanding games, but yesterday when I tried streaming games like Titanfall or GTA IV my computer blue screens around 15 minutes of streaming time.

My theory so far is that my cpu just can't handle it all but that does not make any sense because this processor should be able to handle the pressure so it might just be some driver I am not aware of that is causing this issue.

My specifications are

Motherboard - MSI Z87-G55

Intel Core i5-4670k @ 3.40 ghz

Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti

8GB DDR3 RAM

I'm sorry but I could not exactly figure out what the error is so will this picture be enough?

The most confusing part is that my system is pretty new and I haven't even changed anything major since I bought the parts.

Check your RAM is running at the rated voltage. Failing that, it may need replacing. You can use a diagnostic such as memtest86+ to further narrow down the problem to your memory.

I forgot to turn off the test because I had to leave the house in a hurry.

I find it strange that it would need replacing because I got this config in February.

yeah definitly looks like either ram not configured correctly, or simply faulty. If you have more than 1 stick of memory, you can try taking one of them out, and running memtest. If you get no errors, swap that stick with the one you took out and test again. Maybe only 1 stick is faulty

I just tried streaming titanfall again for about 2 hours and I had no problems so far. Maybe I just got unlucky. In the future I will mount a cooler but will that decrease the risk of this happening again?

I'll try removing one ram stick at a time and replace them with spare ones if the issue persist though.

But are you certain that the RAM is faulty now that I succeeded with streaming for a long period?

If memtest reported an error it's almost certain your RAM is faulty or is not being run at the correct settings. It may take a while for the problem to manifest as a crash, especially if it's only 1 bit out of 34359738368 that is failing. If you get lucky, nothing important will be at that location and you won't get a crash, but I would not risk it.

And even if it worked fine in the past, it's possible for memory to degrade over time, I actually had that happen to me - random BSODs started and my RAM that worked fine for over a year was failing memtest and had to be replaced.
