Bug Report Broken Cursor

So when I stream it doesnt matter which game it could be either Arma 3, PAy Day 2 or whatever but if the game is full screen this happens.

But looks normal on stream, that is what i see which is annoying.

This is usually caused by a faulty GPU or bad GPU drivers.
