Blurred Horizontal lines in recording

Hello. I am trying to record my Nintendo switch using a capture card, streaming it into OBS. I have gotten everything worked out and it runs at a smooth FPS, but I see that while I am recording the recording has blurred line in it whenever something is moving on the screen. Nothing seems to be wrong with my own monitor, its just the recording. I have tried upgrading the bitrate, max FPS, and I have tried discarding the deinterlacing too. nothing has seemed to work and I would love some assistance.

If you mean the jagged part of the vertical pipe on the right of your screenshot, that is not deinterlacing, that is screen tearing. Your capture card is not capturing the video with the correct input sync. This is a problem with your capture card, and not something OBS can fix.
Please contact the capture card manufacturer for support with their hardware.

they are horizontal lines, I have not seen any vertical lines appear. I do think it has something to do with my capture card though, as I have been tinkering around with all of the settings and nothing seems to fix it. If you have any more information, please let me know, and thank you.

Yes, I know. But in your screenshot on the right there is a vertical pipe, with a horizontal 'jag' at the middle.

Again. You need to contact the capture card's manufacturer. This is a sync tearing problem with their hardware, and is not something OBS can fix.

I have the same problem, I think it's not capture card problem because when I don't record and play I don't see those line but I see it when I play on my video

dunno if you fixed it already but yeah the same thing is happening to me, my monitor is showing perfect video while the capture card is showing the line on my pc, gonna restart everything and see if it fixes it
