Hey guys, i'm an Aussie so my internet is far from optimal but i'm trying to figure out if there's any way at all I can stream.
My pc specs are fine, quad core i7 16gig ram etc etc. It all comes down to my internet, i've been messing with it alot by the quality is just trash.
Does anyone have any idea what kind of settings I need to stream League of Legends at a watchable quality without raping my ping so much?
My upload speed was:

KB/s: 98.45
Mbps: 0.79
I play on about 250~ ping to US server normally so keeping my ping under 300 is okay with me. Any help is appreciated.
