Question / Help Audio video sync with webcam when streaming

Hi guys, dunno if this is the right place to post this but here goes.

I`m streaming starcraft 2 using open broadcaster software and I`ve got to say the software is phenomenal.

However there is a bit of delay between when I talk on stream and when you see my mouth move.

I`ll link a video from last night just so you can see what I`m talking about.

Index in to about 49mins and you`ll see me talking and hopefully it`ll explain my problem. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you get such an issue, the recommended solutions are to first try out all the different output formats in the webcam settings, then if none of them make it better, than use the "mic time offset" in audio settings to manually sync the audio to the cam.
