So, I have my audio delay set pretty accurately. Unfortunately, when I am recording longer videos, the video (webcam) will fall behind the audio. This makes editing the recording a total pain because I have to adjust the audio and video tracks at many midpoints throughout the video, as they no longer match up. I have gone months without a possible solution, and every time it seems to be fixed, things go out of whack once again. This is regarding local recordings. For example, the last video I recorded was 20 minutes long. The video starts in sync, but throughout the video, the webcam gradually and linearly falls behind the audio. By the end of the video, the two are about 1.5 seconds out of sync.
