Bug Report Audio Input Registering, But Not Recording

As title says, OBS is recognizing my audio going out, and my mic input... but when i click to start streaming/recording (local atm) it will not actually record... the mp4 is not getting audio put onto it...

I know it is recognizing my mic and audio output because i can see the activity bars moving in real-time with me talking and changes in musics

The reason is because MP3 doesn't work with MP4 files on most decoders. Some decoders can play MP3 audio streams in MP4 files but most don't.
