Bug Report Audio cuts out for a couple of seconds then, on return, is low, slow and out of sync.

So, I started streaming a couple of days ago and during one of the streams, one of my viewers mentioned that my voice had suddenly gotten super low (he described it as going from normal deep to Batman deep). He later said that it fixed itself, though I've not been able to find the actual instance in my previous streams, so I'm not sure if it actually repairs itself. However, in the instances I've found in my VOD's, it doesn't fix itself.

The issue occurs both with saved files and on Twitch itself. The microphone seems to be the only thing that this happens to (when I listen back to my own voice on stream and it records it as system audio, it's the same speed and pitch as talking into the microphone at the same time).

I've never seen this issue occur with DXTory or Audacity, though I've not used them for the same period of time with my current setup.

The system audio settings and OBS audio settings are the same (namely both are using 44.1khz format - microphone & OBS).

I've never seen this issue before and I have absolutely no idea what could be causing it or what I could do to fix it, though it seems specific to OBS. I will test whether the issue occurs using any other recording program to rule out my system/mic as the root of the problem and update with the results in roughly two hours.
