Dear @atkAudio:

Hope this message finds you well... I'm unable to use the plugin, and I suspect that it might be because I'm using a portable version of OBS that isn't installed in the typical Windows location. However, I'm not sure.

I executed the included installer, and I noticed that C:\ProgramData\obs-studio\plugins\ is selected as the default install location. I OK'd my way through the installer without making any changes to the same. However, when I run my OBS Studio, I'm unable to locate or use the plugin. I also tried copying the bin and data folders that I found within the aforementioned installation directory into my OBS install location, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Copying the atkaudio dll files from C:\ProgramData\obs-studio\plugins\atkaudio-pluginforobs\bin\64bit into your OBS install plugin directory (e.g. C:\obs-studio-portable-install\obs-plugins\64bit) should do it.

Does the plugin installer depend on registry entries or a standard OBS path? If so, how can I manually integrate the plugin with a portable setup? I’ve already tried copying the bin and data folders into my OBS directory, but it still doesn’t show.

Am I correct in thinking that this plugin brings all things related to the OS audio functions _into_ the OBS interface, pluse plugin management and use?

dont copy the directory structure, just copy the .dll files into your portable installation plugin directory
