Bug Report After update OBS keeps "Not Reponding"

So when the update first went out. I updated it, and then it told me to update again, so I did, then it told me to update again, and again. So I just ignored the next one and tried streaming but when I clicked Start Streaming, it said Not Responding and wouldn't do anything. So I force closed it, and It wouldn't let me end process in Windows Task Manager and it wouldn't let me start it back up, when it wasn't visibly up. So I restarted my PC and then it worked. But when I switched scenes, it did the exact same thing and wasn't responding. Now It won't let Start Streaming at all. I have no clue what to do or how to even find my DMP files. Someone please help me, this is really annoying.

You most likely have a buggy device like a capture card or webcam that is deadlocking. Try disabling sources until the problem disappears.

I had the exact same problem and I found out that my webcam was the problem here. If you have a Logitech QuickCam webcam I can tell you it's a whole lot of trouble, so make sure you take that out.
