I have been having a ton of problems with streaming.
Whenever I do preview everything looks as though it will stream fine. When I actually stream I get up to 80% dropped frames and a red bar to the right. Even with SUPER low bitrate and fps.
I contacted my ISP and they were just here and said everything is working fine. I did the tutorial on fixing dropped frames and nothing on there worked as well.
I tried switching to 64 bit to see if that would improve anything. When I launch it it right away freezes and gives me an "OBS has stopped working" message and tells me to close the program. I tried to reinstall and it came up with a message saying there was a file missing. After the next reinstall so I could write on here what it was it didn't pop up again so I can't tell exactly what it said (something about a plugin file missing.)
Any help is super appreciated as I'm getting super frustrated! :(
