    AMD Encoder problme

    I have a AMD Graphic card amd the driver is latest version. But when i open encoder setting there is only softwarex264 Encoder, i used the D Encoder plugin and just worked on old version of obs and i can choose AMD Encoder in old version but when i press on record nothing will happen
